The Global Angel Wings Project The Global Angel Wings Project is the brainchild of Colette Miller, an American artist who started the exhibition in 2012 in Los Angeles. Angel Wall No. 4 | Regent Theater

The angel wings on the rolling shutter of the Regent Theater in Downtown Los Angeles are some of the most photographed artworks of this project. One explanation may be due to the fact that Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti was captured in an image by Gary Leonard, who has received acclaim for his photos of dozens of Los Angeles residents and other street photography.
